First, the claim that nothing else changed is contradicted by Johnson's own posts, in which he listed total plasma exchange and a major effort to remove plastic from his life as new protocols started at the same time, and later said he could not tell which intervention did the work. Second, the "fifteen sessions" figure comes from a separate roughly 30-day toxin panel, not from the eight-month microplastic timeline, during which he was using the sauna daily. Critically, Johnson himself has said the sauna was not the only new variable. In June 2025 he wrote: "I've reduced the microplastics in my blood by 93%. In October, my blood contained 15 particles.
