Thigh is therefore roughly 1.5 to 3 times breast. Context on scale: meat, fish, nuts, and some oils are the richest nutritional sources of CoQ10, and the average dietary intake of CoQ10 is only 3 to 6 mg .
Price. BLS tracks bone-in dark meat and boneless breast as separate items.
